a) Tasks to be performed
The tasks to be carried out by the beneficiary of this contract will be research in the field of materials chemistry. Specifically, the tasks included in this project will be the following:
- Synthesis of graphene precursors through carbon-carbon coupling reactions.
- Synthesis of polyphenylenes.
-Physical-chemical characterization of aromatic compounds.
b) Duration of the contract: its duration is 12 months for the tasks to be performed.
c) Justification of the duration of the contract The time to develop this work is 12 months and will include the following stages:
- Stage 1 (6 months): Synthesis of graphene precursors.
- Stage 2 (3 months): Synthesis of polyphenylenes.
- Stage 3 (3 months): physical-chemical characterization of aromatic compounds
Eligibility criteria
Selection and assessment criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in research related to the synthesis of aromatic compounds. 4 points/month, maximum 40 points.
- Experience in carbon-carbon coupling reactions. 5 point/month, maximum 40 points.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry. 5 point/month, maximum 20 points.
