With the CCP Fellowships, the CrossCulture Program (CCP) supports working people and volunteers from more than 40 countries every year . During two to three month professional stays in host organizations in Germany or in the CCP partner countries, participants deepen their specialist knowledge, make new contacts and acquire intercultural skills. The host organizations, in turn, benefit from the specialist knowledge, regional knowledge and networks of the scholarship holders. Participants also have the opportunity to take part in transcultural workshops, networking and specialist events organized by the CCP. The scholarship holders bring the experience they gained abroad into the day-to-day work of their home organization upon their return.
The CCP Fellowships 2024 will be offered digitally and in person. Subject to funding from the Federal Foreign Office, participants can choose one of the two options depending on their personal situation and Covid-19 entry regulations.
Application in 3 steps
Select the appropriate country advertisement under “Tenders” in the application portal .
Fill out the application form completely and upload documents. Since the application system cannot cache entries, all documents should be ready for upload when you start the application.
Submit the complete application online via the application portal
Incomplete applications, applications via email and applications submitted after the application deadline cannot be considered.
Documents Required:
Current CV in English with detailed information about training/studies, professional experience, voluntary work and other knowledge
Letter of recommendation from the home organization/workplace in the country of origin, for example from a supervisor, using the template
Optionally a photo
After the documents have been received in the application portal, all applicants will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
After the deadlines have expired, suitable candidates will be invited to a selection interview.
The selected applicants are expected to be informed about their participation in the program via email in April. Participation in the program will then take place between May and November 2024.
Applicants who are not selected will also be notified of the rejection by email without providing any further reasons.
